Title: Apple Tapioca

1 1/2cBoiling water
1/3cSugar
1/8tsSalt
1 1/2tbQuick-cooking tapioca
4 Apples

Put water, sugar, salt and tapioca in a double boiler and cook over hot water about 20 minutes or until transparent. Slice apples and arrange in buttered baking dish. Pour tapioca over the apples and bake in a 375 F oven until apples are tender.
